Since we began roasting, we've brought top-shelf coffees to Ireland. We were among the first in the country to roast Geisha coffee from Panama among along with other rare varietals and experimental processes. We have spotlighted coffees from producers that are genuinely world renowned and which are frequently used on both a national and international competition stage to include farmers whose coffees have won World Brewers Cups. Some of these names we have direct trade relationships with include Pedro Moss of La Huella in Panama, Paul Doyle of Mikava in Colombia, Sebastian Ramirez, also of Colombia and Ashenafi Argaw of Coffee in Ethiopia.
