When we started roasting in May 2018 we set out to be something different. We wanted to bring coffees of an unrivalled standard to Ireland but to do this using a business model that was different to any other. Although profit is important for every business it is not the main driver of ours.
Our model of “conscious capitalism” means we give back.
Our Coffee
Coffee Club
Coffee Club is a discounted bundle of coffees offered once a month. It is not a subscription service. Having cancelled many of those ourselves, we didn’t want to tie people down. An obvious problem with a subscription model is that you have no choice. Coffee can arrive from an origin you don’t like or a process you don’t enjoy.
