When we first began roasting 6 and half years ago we wanted to bring coffees of a standard that weren’t readily available in Ireland. The first time we roasted such a coffee it came from the farm of Pedro Moss of La Huella in Panama. Pedro even came to visit us in Dolphins Bran.

Since that time he has faced many issues around climate and in some years hasn’t had coffee available to sell to us. He has however won many competitions for his coffee including multiple 3 star awards for The Great Taste competition in the UK.

We’er very privileged and very very happy to have coffee from Pedro again. We had planned to put this on site in 2025 but as both of his Geisha lots sold out in a week we decided we should do it now!
