This extraordinarily unusual coffee was a big hit in our Coffee Club. It sold out very quickly and once it did we started to get many mails asking when it would be put up on the site. We held it back as Conall decided to blend it with a coffee from Mikava for his performance at the Irish Barista Championships.

Sebastian Ramirez is an award winning coffee farmer whose coffees are now gracing some of the most renowned roasteries in the world. We’re very proud to have found him over three years ago. It’s a relationship that is very important to us and we hope to continue buying from him for many years to come. We very much hope you will enjoy this 200 hour “honey IPA” process as much as all in our roastery do.
