FRENCH PRESS
DOSE: 48g coffee / 800ml water @ 96c
BREW TIME: 4:00 minutes
GRIND: medium/course
METHOD:
- Coffee to water ratio: 48 grams of coffee to 800 mls water
- Grind 48 grams of coffee medium/coarse
- Heat water to 98 degrees
- Place dry coffee into your French Press
- Pour in the 800 mls of water ensuring to wet all grounds
- Leave to brew for 4 minutes
- Break Crust
- Remove crust
- Slowly plunge all the way down.
- Decant
- Imbibe!
