DOSE: 35g coffee / 500ml water @ 94c
BREW TIME: 3:30 minutes
GRIND: filter/course

METHOD: Add 35g of freshly ground coffee to the brewer and add 500ml of water. Do not stir, just leave the coffee to steep in the water. After 3 minutes stir the coffee 5 times. Place the lid on the brewer and plunge for 30 seconds. Serve immediately or decant into a carafe to avoid bitter flavours developing. Enjoy.
