FRENCH PRESS

DOSE: 48g coffee / 800ml water @ 96c
BREW TIME: 4:00 minutes
GRIND: medium/course

METHOD:

  1. Coffee to water ratio: 48 grams of coffee to 800 mls water
  2. Grind 48 grams of coffee medium/coarse
  3. Heat water to 98 degrees
  4. Place dry coffee into your French Press
  5. Pour in the 800 mls of water ensuring to wet all grounds
  6. Leave to brew for 4 minutes
  7. Break Crust
  8. Remove crust
  9. Slowly plunge all the way down.
  10. Decant
  11. Imbibe!
